Save the flower below:

For Glitter : Bring on the Glitter

ADDING GLITTER TO AN IMAGE

(NOTE: you can use effects/noise/in psp instead of the dsb flux filter)

Step 1...Put a tube on an image...
or an image of your choosing)...
Step 2....Go to layers/Duplicate 2 times

Step 3....Take the first flower you want to add Glitter to and
used the magic wand..tol..46..feather..none
(increase or decrease as needed)
Step 4....Then go to selections..modify..contract..pixels 1

Step 5....While still selected, apply Effects ....
Plug-in Filters ....dsb flux ... Bright Noise:
set the intensity to 50 and click the Mix button once..

Step 6...Click on Layer palette and go down to next layer


now go to 2nd flower and follow instructions as for first flower (1 thru 6)
Then do the same to next flower

MAKE SURE YOU CLICK ON EACH LAYER THEN ADD THE BRIGHT NOISE.

Double click the Crop tool and choose ...

Select opaque area - merged. Go to Image ... Crop.
Save as a PSP file.


Launch Animation Shop and open the images you just saved File ... Open...
the layers should be automatically converted into animation frames
